Samantha discovered cinema at UCLA where she earned her degree in theatre arts. Upon graduation, she began writing, producing and editing for cable TV while performing onstage with such notable theatre companies as the San Diego Rep.<br>
In an unexpected twist of fate, she stepped into the role of Continuity on a feature film as a favour to a producer colleague and has since worked on major studio features, small independent films, and television series’ with directors James Ivory, Joseph Ruben, Christophe Gans, Xavier Gens, Tsui Hark, Neil Jordan, and Robert Luketic, to name a few.
She has directed two critically acclaimed shorts, a documentary for the University of Bologna, has written several "spec" feature scripts, is currently developing an animated series, "Toxic Racoon".
