Producer & Director

Masters 2006, Alumni

After studies in finance and a few years in the banking sector, I decided to dedicate myself to my passion: cinema.
I hesitated a long time between Brussels, New York and Paris, then finally chose to pursue a Master of Fine Arts at EICAR.
I had already done some films, like most of the students, but I knew nothing about technique. The school allowed me to learn the basics and perfect them by directing several other films, and above all let me identify the themes I wanted to convey.
After leaving EICAR, I directed "21000 INNOCENTS", a documentary about the reintegration into civilian life of former youth soldiers in Liberia.
In 2009, I produced and directed "LAST SUPPER FOR MALTHUS", a docu-fiction on the global food crisis (the film was selected and awarded honors in numerous film festivals around the world).
That same year I created Turbulence Films in Geneva with Luc WALPOTH (another former EICAR student).
In 2010, we each directed a film. "TRAIETTORIE INVISIBILI", Luc Walpoth's film, is in international competition at the Festival of Clermont-Ferrand in France, and has already won several prizes. "LOVE BUSHIDO", which we filmed in December 2010, is now in post-production in Geneva, Paris and Turin.
