The Filmmaking Team

Veteran French producer Jean-Marie Bénard went to the US as a teenager and ended up with a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Film Department at UCLA. Back in France, he co-wrote with Roger Andrieux a feature film, "l'Amour en Herbe", but started freelance producing commercials to make a living.  After having won several prizes at the Advertising Film Festival in Cannes, he decided to create his own production company, Summertime. He has produced commercials for 20 years, and is happy to pass on whatever knowledge he may have.
