Bob SWAIM award-winning documentary 		 
 
    EICAR International Department Director Bob SWAIM is having his award-winning documentary "Lumières Noires" screened on France 2, the French National Television Network, on Oct. 22.

    This film is about the First Assembly of Writers & Artists which took place in Paris in 1956.

    This event was of the least known but one of the most important events of the twentieth century, changing the geo-political landscape of the world and giving birth to the African independence moment which swept the African continent in the 1960's.
