| Bob Swaim holds a Brevet Technicien Supérieur de
Cinema from the French National Film School, Louis Lumière as well as
a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University. For over thirty years, he has written, directed and produced feature films in Europe and Hollywood. His films have received numerous International awards and prizes including three César Awards from the French Film Academy, and the UNICEF Grand Prix for Best Feature at the Berlin Festival. His documentary, "Lumières Noires" was one of the ten finalists for Grand Prix International du Documentaire d’Auteur – as Best Documentary Film of 2006 at the Monte Carlo Television Festival. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America, Writers Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, European Film Academy, the French Académie des Arts et Techniques du Cinéma, and the Société des Auteurs et Compositeurs Dramatique. He has contributed to many international film programs including the Equinoxe Screenwriting Workshops, the Australian Film Commission’s Spark workshops and Andrzej Wajda’s Master School of Film. For his contribution to the French film industry, the French Minister of Culture has recently named him Officier des Arts et des Lettres. |

After becoming a full-time screenwriter, she wrote feature projects for Warner Brothers, DreamWorks, Miramax, Universal, Fox 2000, and a few mini-majors. She also collaborated with director Agnieszka Holland on three feature screenplays. In 2005, she wrote a highly regarded miniseries, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, for Lifetime Television, starring Donald Sutherland, Robert Carlyle and Mira Sorvino, which received a few Golden Globe and Emmy nominations. | Jennifer graduated from NIDA (The National Institute of Dramatic Art, Australia) as an actor and has worked extensively in theatre, film and TV for thirteen years. In 2002, Jennifer undertook a directing attachment with Lars von Trier on "Dogville", starring Nicole Kidman. She has since been writing and developing her own film projects. Jennifer’s first short film, "Monster", was screened at over fifty local and international festivals, winning major awards. She recently directed a television show called "Two Twisted", produced by Bryan Brown for Channel Nine Australia. Jennifer has three feature films in development. One of her feature scripts, "Grace", recently won the ‘Prix du Scenario’ for unproduced scripts at the Cinema Des Antipodes festival in St Tropez. Apart from her work as an actor, writer and director, Jennifer has been an acting teacher for 13 years, working at all major institutions in Australia including NIDA, and the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). | ||

| Chris Mack acts, writes and directs plays and films, and coaches actors in Paris and New York. He resides in Paris, where he also acts in and directs voiceovers. Recent/current directing credits include Alan Arkin’s "Virtial Reality", film shorts for Theatre en Anglais "The Importance of Being Earnest", "Seventy Scenes of Halloween", and "Vampire Vermont". He has also been a director and acting coach on and performed in a variety of industrial films and ads, and horror films. A co-founder of Paris Playwrights and a former member of Blueprint Theatre, The Empty Space Theatre, and Annex Theatre in Seattle; he is a former advisory board member for ESTRENO, which promotes Spanish plays. Chris taught theatre, communications and voice classes within the City University of New York, where he also ran Bronx Community College's Theatre Workshop. He also has taught scene study and acting on camera classes for the New York Film Academy at La Femis. Currently, he teaches acting classes for stage and screen for Bilingual Acting Workshop, the Sudden Theatre, the American University of Paris, as well as periodic workshops for EuroDisney. Chris is also a Paris-based voiceover artist, he does voiceovers for numerous documentaries and films, including such recent films as "Persepolis", and an upcoming series of animations based on Rudyard Kipling’s Just So stories. | Ashley Mendoza has a M.F.A. in directing and screenwriting from Columbia University, School of the Arts, Film Program. While at film school, she worked as a reader at the William Morris Agency. Her thesis film, "Mad About Harry", was a finalist in The Hollywood Film Festival. After graduation, she served as an associate producer and writer on Nick Jr.'s acclaimed preschool show, "Dora the Explorer". Other writing credits for preschool shows include "Higglytown Heroes", "The Care Bears", and "Maryoku Yummy". She just completed work as a staff writer on three seasons of Disney's "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse", now the highest rated preschool show. Her script, "Sleeping Minnie", was nominated for Cartoons on the Bay, Pulcinella Awards, in the Educational and Social Program, 2007. Another script, "Goofy the Great!" was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2008. "Mickey's Adventures in Wonderland", her second direct-to-video movie for Disney, will be released later this year. | ||

| Trained as an actor at the Royal Academy of Liège, Harry Cleven has worked with many prestigious European directors, such as Andrzej Zulawski, Alain Corneau, Jaco Van Dormael, Jean-Luc Godard and Martine Dugowson. Harry began as a director with his first feature “Abracadabra” (1991), followed by "Why get married the day the world ends” (1999) and “Duplicity” (2004) as well as several television films. | ||

| Jacob Berger, a filmmaker of Swiss and British origin, shot his first film, Angels, in Barcelona, which was presented in competition at the 1990 Berlin Film Festival. He then directed a TV film in the Swiss Alps, which went on to win the Prix de la Fiction at the Festival du Film de Montage d’Antibes. Between 1990 and 1994, he worked for Suisse Romande Television, directing several documentaries for their prestigious program, Temps Présent, and another documentary on stage fright, Le Trac, featuring Charlotte Gainsbourg, Pierre Arditi, and Jean-Claude Brialy. From 1994 until 2001, Jacob Berger directed numerous TV Films for French and Swiss television. In 2001-2002, he directed his first feature film, Aime ton père, featuring Guillaume and Gérard Depardieu. The film was presented in competition at the Locarno Film Festival in 2002, and went on to represent Switzerland at the Oscars in 2003. In 2004-2005, Berger directed a documentary series for Arte on the Cirque du Soleil. In 2006, he shot his 2nd feature, 1 Journée, starring Bruno Todeschini, Natacha Régnier, and Noémie Kocher. The film won several international prizes at film festivals and was a critical success upon its theatrical release in Switzerland. Since 2007, Berger has been directing commercials between France and Switzerland. | ||

| Screenwriter and script doctor for the cinema, Pascale Rey (of Swiss and French nationality) lives in Paris. A veritable globe trotter, she divides her time between giving screenwriting workshops in France and abroad (Philippines, Senegal, Morocco, United Kingdom, Spain, Madagascar), and teaching drama (London Film School, Conservatoire Européen d’Ecriture audiovisuelle, International School of Cinema, los Banos in Cuba). Pascale is a founder of an international non profit organization called Dreamago, and is fluent in four languages. She is motivated by her deep commitment to fostering international exchange, building cross-cultural solidarity, and respecting cultural differences. | ||

| Natalia Lazarus is currently Director of the Promenade Playhouse in Hollywood. She is also a private coach for film celebrities. Ms. Lazarus is a graduate of the Sorbonne University in Paris, France, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, the Film Program at New York University with adjacent studies at the University of London. She is Syd Field's “docent” & one of the few in the world authorized to teach his trademark screenwriting technique. | ||

| Editor Sean Cullen has worked on major Hollywood productions with film editor Walter Murch and directors including Francis Ford Coppola, Sam Mendes and Kathryn Bigelow. For Anthony Minghella's "Cold Mountain", Sean was responsible for the first major use of Final Cut Pro on a large-scale feature film. More recently, Sean has been an editor at Apple and has written a book on designing feature film workflows. He has given talks at Telluride and MacWorld and his latest film, a documentary on the Austrian artist Otto Muehl (Sellenium 2010), premiered in Vienna at MAK in June of 2010. Sean entered the film industry through the stage door, having received his MFA in sound design at the Yale School of Drama. | ||

| A (bad) child actor, Don Device directed his first film at the age of six. It was not a success. Nonetheless, he persisted and by the age of 22 was directing national television. A graduate of CalArts where he studied with the late Alexander MacKendrick, he consideres himself a storyteller in the classic sense. He has directed over 30 short films as well as videos, sitcoms and industrial films. For the last ten years he has been directing 3D films for museums, monuments and amusement parks. | ||

| Kapwani Kiwanga is a Canadian-born artist who works primarily with video, sound, and installation. Kapwani studied Anthropology and Comparative Religions at McGill University. Her work has won a number of awards, and has been shown widely at film festivals, art institutions, and on international television. She has been an artist in residence at L’école nationale supérieure des Beaux-arts, Le Fresnoy: Studio national des arts contemporains and most recently at MU Foundation in the Netherlands. | ||
