EICAR Master of Fine Arts student Mahdi Al Sharshani's short film honored again
- Mahdi Al Sharshani's short film ”Champs-Elysées I Love You” is in the spotlight once again with its selection at the 2010 Abu Dhabi Film Festival for the prestigious Black Pearl Award as the ”Second Best Student short narrative”. Mahdi had the pleasure of meeting Abbas Kiarostami, the reknowned Iranian filmmaker, amongst the many distinguished guests present at the festival.

Mahdi's film was also showcased at the Doha Tribeca Film Festival (DTFF) in Qatar with the best of Arab and international films.
